Major: Chemistry and Secondary Education
How I got involved in St. Tom’s: I started attending Purdue Catholic Men meetings and went on Boiler Awakening 16. Both of these things really got me involved in the great community here.
Favorite Bible Verse: “I have competed well; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7
Fun Fact: I competed in the Scripps National Spelling Bee in 2013
Bio: I hail from a small town in Northwestern Indiana called Wheatfield and have lived there all my life alongside my three sisters. In high school, I was heavily involved in academic competitions, and even participated in Academic Decathlon for four years. Since coming to Purdue, I have gotten heavily involved in the awesome Catholic Center that is St. Thomas Aquinas. If you ever need me, you can find me out on the golf course, fine-tuning my game; I absolutely love to play, watch, read about, and talk about golf. I also go by the name “Jicama” due to some Catholic summer camp shenanigans. Through my involvement in PCM, I hope to help everyone I encounter in their journey with Christ.
