Boiler Catholic Socials is a group that hosts various social activities for the Boiler Catholic Student Community. Our events are designed to be a place for all students, Catholic or otherwise, to gather for fun and fellowship, typically on Friday and Saturday evenings. These events offer a welcoming, casual environment and an alternative to parties and other events on campus. We plan small, on-campus events, such as movie nights and bowling, off-campus trips to local attractions (rides provided) and large events for the whole community, like our annual Barn Dance (November) and Formal Dance (April). Unlike other ministries, membership or regular attendance is not required – all are welcome to attend any event! We hope YOU can join us!

Major: Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences (SLHS) and Spanish
How I got involved at St. Tom’s: After I completed RCIA, I got involved at St. Tom’s through social events, an Ignite group and LifeGuides!
Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 16:24 “Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones”
Bio: II am from West Lafayette, IN (townies.. I know) so if you need dinner recommendations, just let me know! It was just me and my sister growing up since I wasn’t raised Catholic, but after completing RCIA, I received First Communion and was confirmed at the 2019 Easter Vigil Mass so I’m kinda new to the whole Catholic thing! Now at Purdue, I am involved a lot with my major (SLHS) and hope to attend graduate school for speech pathology in the fall!
