I am having issues with the stream. Can you fix this?
Most of the issues are related to the fact that nearly everyone is using the internet these days, so internet providers are experiencing strain on their networks that slow everyone down.
Other issues are related to the device on which people view the stream. A newer, faster computer that is hard-wired to the internet is always going to be better than trying to view it over WiFi or on a mobile device such as a phone. If you have issues during the Mass, try refreshing the page.
The sound is too low, what should I do?
The sound system at St. Tom’s is turned up as high as it can go. The sound issue you are experiencing is likely related to the device on which you are watching the stream. Turn your volume as high as it can go. If this does not work, consider streaming the mass on a different device.
Provided with the absence of Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

O Mary,
you always shine on our path
as a sign of salvation and of hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick,
who at the cross took part in Jesus’ pain, keeping your faith firm.
You, Salvation of the Roman People,
know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide
so that, as in Cana of Galilee,
we may return to joy and to feasting
after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love,
to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our sufferings
and carried our sorrows
to lead us, through the cross,
to the joy of the resurrection. Amen.
