Theology on Tap

September's Theology on Tap will feature Fr. Steve Kuhlmann, OP, as our presenter on Monday, Sept. 5, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs meeting room at Harry's Chocolate Shop. His presentation is titled "Common Life: Dominican Communities and What We Can Learn for Our Own Families and Friendships. 

The Order of Preachers, abbreviated OP, also known as the Dominicans, was founded in France by Spanish priest, saint, and mystic Dominic. Dominicans live together in community, in what are often called "priories." The Order's communal life calls friars to live Christian love more fully—encouraging prayer, contemplation, and study, not in isolation, but together.
