All are welcome (both men and women) to Soul Stretch (Yoga) on Mondays, Sept. 11, Oct. 2, Nov. 6, and Dec. 4, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Room 3 (downstairs). Integrate prayer with core strengthening, stretching, and functional movements to nourish your body and soul. Bring your mat and a $5 donation. Sessions are being led by Amy Strasburger.
