Shape the rhetoric on racism and our world’s love for ALL of humanity. St. Tom's Racial Equality and Justice group invite all to learn more about what our Church has to say about systemic racism and to join the conversation by attending a two-session discussion of “Open Wide Our Hearts: The Enduring Call to Love,” on Tuesday, Feb. 8 and 15 via Zoom from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Attendees will meet and converse as God’s children sharing our hospitality, thoughts, and feelings in an atmosphere of warm fellowship. Conversations will come from a desire to create the future we long to see. The moderated conversations, led by St. Tom’s Racial Equality and Justice Group, center around the 2018 United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) pastoral letter on the topic of racism entitled
“OpenWide Our Hearts: The Enduring Call to love.”
