About Prof. Callahan:
Prof. Patrick Callahan completed his undergraduate studies in the Classics at the University of Dallas and his master's and doctoral degrees at Fordham University in New York City. Previously, Prof. Callahan served as chair of Classics for The Avalon School in Gaithersburg, MD; program director for St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center in Lawrence, KS; program coordinator at Emporia State University; Latin teacher at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic School, In Leawood, KS; and Philosophy lecturer at Wichita State University. He currently serves as director of the Newman Institute for Catholic Thought and Culture. Prof. Callahan is proficient in Latin and Ancient/Biblical Greek and reads Italian, German, and French languages.
