Enlivening Students to Engage the Ecclesial Mission (ESTEEM) program is sponsored by the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management to help students transition into a leadership role within their respective parishes following graduation. Each year, St. Tom's staff selects and invites a cohort of senior-year students to participate in the year-long intensive program, which meets every two weeks and includes a series of lectures and discussions on matters of faith and leadership, including one with Bishop Doherty. All students are assigned a mentor to discuss issues of faith and learn from their example of Catholic leadership as professionals and active parishioners here at St. Tom's.

Please contact Dee Bernhardt, director of Campus Ministry, if you would like to be considered for this year's ESTEEM class at St. Tom's.
