St. Dymphna Mental Health Resource Area

Destress, relax, and ease your mind by visiting the new St. Dymphna Mental Health Resource Area in the lower level of Newman Hall (adjacent to the restrooms).  In addition to information about mental health information and support services, the area offers puzzles, art activities, and mindfulness tools.  Many thanks to Julian Speights, Boiler Catholics vice-president, for his vision and work on setting up the area, including its naming. St. Dymphna is the patron saint of mental illness and anxiety. All St. Tom's parishioners and visitors are encouraged to visit and use the area's many resources.
